Tonight we've been cooking curry. 2 different sorts......(1) the famous "Steve's curry" and (2) a new concoction which is our squash curry; which has much to thank my discovery of 'garam masala' for!
This massive cook fest has been necessitated by the fact that I was supposed to be going to London NEXT weekend to have a dress fitting for my bridesmaid dress, however it was moved back to THIS weekend which means that I'll be travelling down the M1 at the same time as Nick and Laura (who live in Wimbledon) were supposed to be coming up. Anyway, they have very kindly said that we can go down there for the weekend instead! However in return we're going to be cooking dinner on Saturday night. Not just for the 4 of us, either! (Nearly) the whole DUBLIN gang are to be reunited at their place!!! So, mega lovely curry cooking for us.
