Well for starters i am not doing it . A of mine is and he is a bit of a nutter.
Short description of the event is as follows
1 mile swim in Ullswater - England's most beautiful lake
38 miles cycle - including the Kirkstone Pass
9 miles run up Helvellyn - 3118 feet (England's 3rd highest peak)

So i am glad i will be chilling out at home while is he doing this.

UPDATE : Well steve finished it .
The results were for him (50th overall), Which is mental out of approx 600 people.
I have captured the winner's time off the races s/sheet and steve's time . Below
2 days of aching legs was the prize I got for doing it!!! never again, well not till next years ;o)
